Are your workers insured? Is your company insured?

Yes.  We have a $500,000 general liability, $300,000 auto, and workers compensation policy for all work and workers.

Are Your Cleaning Products Safe?

Our products are home safe and biodegradeable.  We don't use any amonia or alcohol-based solutions that could cause harm or damage to your home or furnishings.

What if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?

Situtations vary.  We all want perfect days for cleaning but that is not always the case. It is a false statement that rain makes windows dirty. However long periods of heavy rain can make it hard to clean at the standards set by Just Windows. Pressure washing can be completed unless thunderstorms. Gutter cleaning normally calls for the dryest weather due to saftey at high ladder positions and roof angles.

Do I need to be home while work is being done?

We would always prefer this, but with busy schedules it is not always possible.  At least for the first service we recommend you are home so that you can meet and see what has been done to your home while we are there.

What billing/payment methods do you have?

When we have finished work and you have inspected to your 100% satisfaction, we will presnet you with an invoice and payment is due to workers before they leave.  If a homeowner isn't present at time of service, an invoice will be left and payment is due immediately.

Do you make weekend appointments?

Normally No.  We can, however, discuss your situation and make arrangements to your satisfaction.

What if I forgot when I last had my windows/home cleaned?

We keep the last three (3) cleanings on file and would be more than happy to assist you on determining previous dates, amount of prices and services performed.

Do your workers take any precautions in keeping the home clean (carpet, etc.)?

Yes.  Our employees take their shoes off whenever entering your home.  Cleanliness is our focus and we are always considerate of our surroundings.

Do you clean skylights?

Yes!, We are able to clean just about anything you need.

What if I need to cancel a scheduled service?

Please let us know as soon as you can. Late cancellations or rescheduals can highly affect our scheduals or other customers, however we are almost always able to plug someone into a vacant spot with out to much hassel.
